They did not defend Anns views though. Neither of them did. Wayne basically said he knows nothing about her views (for all he knew Shane was making it up to stir **** really) and even if he did, he was not going to randomly attack her for them just because Shane was pushing him to. Amanda did not defend Anns actual views either. But had a problem with Shane (and Malika but more Shane) going behind Anns back rather than to her face. I reckon thats a fair point tbh
You can stick up for someone as a person without agreeing with all their views
