I never really lose a lot of weight in a short time period lol (I just maintain and gain/lose a little weight at a time). However, a few years ago I lost 25 pounds while also gaining muscle in about a 6 months or less period. I wasn't overweight at all to begin with but I got in really good shape. I've gained it back by now though.
This thread actually made me think I need to get back to the gym or at least playing sports. It's something I've stopped for a while now smh.
