That was really quite wonderful. They seem to handle this show with a lot of care based on this episode. Wife Swap has similar themes here in the US, but feels more like it is meant to cause drama rather than resolve it. Good "TV" for people at home, but not really as good for the people on it I think?...

They let her stay in the US to recover, which I thought was so good they allowed that accommodation. Having boundaries and strict guidelines is key, sure, but none of it is effective without love in the home and the ability to communicate I think...

Hearing from the background story of the father in the nail salon was heartbreaking.
