Gavs 5 year old daughter has swine flu and we have been told not to let her g outside so she has to stay here for like a week...bet the other 2 catch it aswell...

I *think* I have already had it, but I didnt take the tamiflu stuff...can you catch it again? r is is like chickenpox where you are only meant to get it once? Cant be bothered with that again

She seems ok ish...just twisting a lot. Mostly sleeping.

Gav had to go up the doctors to get her tamiflu, I was terrfied incase she started being sick or something

I had it! It's the most annoying thing ever. I hope the little 'un gets better soon because it is really horrible to have.

I found Lucozade helped me alot, it gave me SOME energy.

Ive noticed by the constant squeeling...see I had it a while back when everyone round here was getting it, never as diagnosed properly but rang the swine flu helpline and according to them my syptoms meant I did have it, but I refused to take the taiflu as Ive heard it maes a lot of people worse, not better...to be honest it wasnt any worse than normal flu. Suppose it feels worse for kids though

I had Swine Flu infact almost my whole Family had it.

It really annoyes me how people make out Swine Flu is this big Crazy thing that will kill you in a heartbeat!

It scares people into beliving if they Have Swine Flu they should give up on life or somthing cause they`ll die..
Its not bad at all its just like the Normal Flu.

Its not that bad having it, I sat home for about a Week playing Grand theft auto and coming on TiBB!

Yeah but Patrick you're well 'ard. It is bad. Some people have underlying health issues so they can die, just because you're solid you didn't die.

I have asthma and it ****ing killed me I couldn't hardly move or breathe so everybody is different and will react to it differently.

Yeah Ive been trying to convince Gav it isnt that bad really, but the papers have made it out to be terminal or something. I think its just because its his little girl thats poorly thats making him hysterical!

Was in my sisters house last week my nephews go it and one of them was burning up so much that they had to have a cold shower.....they got it pretty bad (as well as both their classes...) they seem a bit better now.

Not sure if it's a once of flu or repetetive....good question actually...

I had normal flu last christmas i was in bed days so weak i ended up just sleeping in my clothes it lasted a whole month before i was well enough to litarally take a walk to the shops.My throat hurt and i was so weezy it scared the hell outta me i thought i was gonna die lol.

Shes a lot better today, still sleepy and that, feeling a bit dodgy myself but think its just cold...hopefully anyways. We are practically having to force the tamiflu down her neck

I had it. Never felt so Ill in my life.. But I'm pretty sure that once you have gotten rid of it you can't catch it again. I hope she gets better and it doesn't make her too ill
