I have found that some people can't stand wearing them in bed but others can't bare to sleep without them!

I cant stand wearing them in bed.
I just feel wrong.

They are what puts me to sleep though..
As soon as i take them off, within 5 mins il be asleep.

I did on the nights when the min temp was below -10. There is no heating in my bedroom and it can get cold, especially with the window always open as it is.
