I always wondered this. How did John James manage to audition for BBUK? Cause he was living in Australia at the time, right? He did say he would move over to the UK for Josie, which kind of hints at the fact that he was living in Australia, plus he said in his VT that he flew over here from Australia.
Are people allowed to audition for BBUK from abroad, provided that they pay for the flights to attend auditions and stuff on their own? I'm guessing this is how John James did it? PS: Completely different topic but not thread-making worthy, what was Lauren's VT song this series?
