How can you not know how to post links?

Click the address bar so the URL is highlighted, then either press CTRL + C or right-click and click 'Copy'.

Then go into the message box and press Shift + Insert or right-click and click 'Paste'. It's not hard...

Just to clarify- Ben is not yet on twitter. His cousin, Ben Strange, also has not set up a twitter account for him, just facebook.
