No back sleepers. I remember when I was a kid someone told me that if you sleep on your back, you get nightmares, scared me off sleeping on my back

I actually have to do this to sleep

Sleep on my right side first, then turn over and lie on my left side, then just as I fall asleep, lie on my right side again
