how do you let it all out? are you a shouty angry person or do you keep it all in? do you get emotional?

i got so mad today that i ended up crying at work. not my most glorious moment, but I'm really bad with anger, and all i do when I get to that state of anger is cry... i'm a weakling.

I clicked on the wrong choice in the poll, I clicked on become emotionally unstable rather than I don't get angry.

I don't get angry to the point where I lose my temper but I do become more insistent on getting my feelings across.
If really angry at something, rather than blow my top, I calmly but firmly keep returning to the point until I usually manage to get the last word as to it most times.
