How can anyone take this self-important idiot seriously? He has done nothing all series apart from pretending to fancy Sam in a contrived and ridiculous way. And even in the fence sitting task, he couldn't make his mind up. Linda is right - he needs to grow a pair of balls.

He was trying to clear up any misunderstanding, only to find himself misunderstood.

Ollie got upset at being mis-interpreted. Luisa saw a man being needy, and women don't like needy men.

Just said in a similar thread, it was unecessary, he shoulda just spoke with Linda and Lee directly. However I guess he thought most of the HMs felt a similar way. Also BB designed a task based on 'sitting on the fence' for him and Sam to partake in, so he probably wanted to address it to everybody.

It was ridiculous, and I loved Luisa's reaction afterwards. If you're gonna mock someone, then yes, it should be in a song!

He also didn't seem to get Linda's nomination at all. She did *not* tell him to "stick up for himself" like he kept repeating like a broken record, but to have an opinion.

I agree. He'd been accused of sitting on the fence and then having no balls. He was standing up for himself and explaining his behaviour. He's quite a sincere man. He does appear to be a bit easily influenced to change his mind, but perhaps that is just because he is fair-minded enough to be able to see both points of view.
