I buy semi skimmed milk because it doesn't taste as heavy, I don't really like the taste of milk in general though, only have it in tea or cereal and a tiny bit at that

Slimmed milk tastes really watery to me :/

We used to use semi-skimmed but use whole now as whole is apparently better for the kids and it makes no sense to buy both

Now that i think about it, the milk i buy 1% fat containing, so itīs not full skimmed i think. The Dark Blue Box, i mean. Full skimmed is the no fat containing one (Light Blue Box), which i donīt care for.
