Not at all it doesn't
Cameron and Lewis don't own each other but their bond will not be broken.
Inside the house and out as Cameron said in his nomination.

Now do you think Cameron is genuine? , i think when Akeem sadly goes then Cameron will have that rabbit in headlight's reaction and run back to Lewis.

He did the same with Lewis G when he thought Lewis G was popular . Then as soon as he got evicted , Cameron's poker face revealed all and he suddenly became closer to Lewis F .

I think ultimately Cameron would still have Lewis' back over Akeem but he has realised it was quite an insular friendship over the last few weeks. Their friendship is established enough to involve other people.....or at least it should be if it is a healthy friendship

I think it is healthy and strong enough.
Cameron stated in his noms, he regarded Lewis as a friend for life.
