Because he's spending more time with other people?

The preview shows Lewis miffed that Cameron's 'not spoke to Lewis in days' (which isn't true) and Cameron saying Lewis is the "worst offender" (probably referring to discussing noms)

Cameron spending more time with Akeem and acknowledging that Lewis F talks about noms a lot doesn't make him disloyal

Not at all it doesn't
Cameron and Lewis don't own each other but their bond will not be broken.
Inside the house and out as Cameron said in his nomination.
