To whom it may concern,

I was in dissary and distress last night after a verbal assault

I sounded t'alarm and requested urgent assistance, but it took what felt like hours for emergency assistance.

The last time I waited that long was when I was in A & E after my dog bit my leg.

Could I please suggest that we have an enquiry as to the failing of z system?

I am quite happy to offer any assistance in such matters attaining to the above.

I hope we can reach a consensus for the safety of all personal on site.
