She's beaten Alexandra's record of the fastest selling single this year already. Fight For This Love sold 134,200 copies in a DAY!

All those songs via the Xfactor JUggernaut. That program really need to stop promoting singles seriously. ONly Chipmunk is legitimate there, without the hepl of the xfactor.
I mean, clearly, it doesnt matter if your song is good, or bad, if it gets the xfactor promo, it tops the sales in the UK. So basically that tells me, none of those songs can claim, they are on top, because they are good songs.

So why would anybody pass up on the opportunity to promote their single through the X Factor, if it guarantees them lots of record sales? It can be very annoying, yes, but it's not going to stop any time soon. Put up or shut up

It's pretty amazing! I think her album could potentially be a big seller too. She's currently outselling most of Girls Aloud's singles, lol.

Your mental, one of the main things about releasing a single is a good promotion, why would you miss the chance to promote your song on the most watched program of the year?

If they song was really rubbish I doubt they would get a lot of sales just because it was on a tv show. Well done Cheryl, I think the source of all the sales for her is because we have all got to know her over the past year due to her being a judge, we all feel like we have a duty to support her in a way.

I like Cheryl's single, fight for this love! catchy song I am also warming to Alex's bad boys single. I did say it was **** on here the other week but I am warming to it. Poor Robbie though.. he deserves to get number 1.. obviously he wont get it this sunday because cheryl will get it.. but maybe the week after he could climb back? erm? Yeah I bet Cheryl's albulm will be good too. Dont think I will buy it though, might check it out on the net first. lol

Wow.... so Alexandra had around 89K at this time last week (she told over 170k in total), and stood as the biggest selling #1 of 2009... looks like Cheryl will smash it after only 1 week.

134K is just incredible after 2 DAYS!!! She may get to 250K by Sunday!!!
