Im still holding onto the chance that we might get Live Feed back for the final series.

I mean they keep saying they want it to go out with a bang.

Surely they realised part of BB10's failure was the lack of Live Feed?

I mean summer just isnt summer without Big Brother Live on tbh.
So I think we will get it.

I heard it will come back in some shape or form.. well tbh there is only one way it can come back

CBB7 Had LF for like an hour during the day and 6 hours through the night.

Big deal.


I hope if we dont get Red Button back they at least give us more LF during the day aswell as the night.

They can show their precious Friends Re-Runs in between it


But im wondering, if they do bring LF back for 24/7 Coverage or give us alot more than what we got for CBB7... When will we hear about it?

I think its safe to say the launch will be in June.

So when will we hear if Channel 4 have given us back Full Coverage of Live Feed?

I only watched Live Feed when I was bored or just to see what the task was.

It was annoying to watch suddenly a camera moving, lights, a red light that turns to green, a microphone hanging down etc etc.

But it was nice listening to the birds tweeting and the trains running on the track or the aeroplane!!

The highlights show is..

1. What they want us to see.

2. Some of the best bits of that day that can only be fitted into 45 Minutes.


I like to watch LF to get the full experience of the show, I mean part of the reason why BB9 was my favourite season was because I watched it non stop on LF and really got to know everyone in that show.

BB10 I find hard to actually get to know everyone because it was just 40 minutes a night.

If you think about it, this is the last season.

If we dont get 24 HR LF all we will get of the Final Series is..


45 Minute Highlight Shows.
1 Hour of Live Feed in the Afternoon.
6 Hours of them sleeping.
20 Minutes of BBLB.
1 Hour of Chavs on BBBM.

And thats that.

Thats not that much.

It means the forums are busy 24/7 ratrher than just for an hour or two each evening.

Like the difference between watching 10 minutes on Match of the Day or the whole match live.

Its not coming back and it doesn't need to come back. They aren't going to bring back something only the hard core BB fans will watch. Not many people are going to watch hours and hours of the LF. Its pointless.

Alot of people complained about it in Summer 2009, its still popular and its the last series, CBB7 proved people are stilll intrested, LF did get big ratings before it was axed, they cant expect it to get like 6 million all day long but so **** other countries have it and as Salv once said BBUK Feels weird being the only country without LF.

It defeats the entire purpose of 'Your being watched'

Patrick, you have to ask yourself WHY it got axed? Not enough people think of this. People say it should not of been axed but it was and not enough people ask the question WHY.

I think it got axed because they didn't see the need of a service which in all honesty which being used to the degree they expected. Its like a TV show, a TV show will only keep going until they get the ratings they expect. The moment they don't is the moment that said show is gone.

Its the same situation with BB.

To be honest, they probably knew they were getting rid of BB a few years ago and hince decided to get rid of the LF then.

I don't think we are gonna get the Live Feed reinstated. If C4 listened to all the complaints last year, they would of brought it back for CBB7.

It got axed because of "compliance", i.e. censorship by the broadcaster (Channel 4).

C4 didn't want the extra costs of employing a team of people to monitor everything that was broadcast as live, 24/7. That's why they only give us the sleeping shift which is post-watershed, very little happening and very few folks still up to watch it. But they can say "there is live feed".

The 24/7 live feed was the main innovative point of the show. Without it you have Shipwrecked in a house with ugly people.

Honestly, I'm not bothered. I have better things to do during the day than watch BB LF... The times I've seen it, it was rarely exciting anyway. Most of the time they were talking about stuff we couldn't hear, so we were just stuck with the lovely sound of whatever they decided to play.

If you get so bored during the day you helplessly need Big Brother, then whatever. I don't think it's worth it, I reckon not enough people are still as hardcore about BB as they were when they originally had LF.

If they do bring it back, I probably will check it out a few times but the highlight shows are enough for me.

Anyway, it must of been took off for a reason. If not enough people were watching the LF, what's the point of paying to keep streaming it? No, Patrick. There is no point.

1. CBB7 gave it a head start in ratings.

2. Its the last one and everyone wants to watch it.

Then people would watch the LF.

Even if they just extend it to abit more in the day time, I think it could pull in a good lot of ratings.

Because I watched LF for the whole summer in 2008 and it was not just bird noises and sounds of planes flying.

The live feed won't return - it's all been part of shutting down BB, firstly axing the online feed, then the red button feed, then much of the E4 streaming.

Indeed the next logical step is to axe the rest of the E4 streaming (which they'll justify due to low figures - caused by the feed not starting till HMs are in bed!). I wouldn't be surprised at all if the C4 shows and BBLB is all we get this year.

Big Brother Live Feed 24/7 should be back.. but it won't I love watching Live Feed if I am not like at work early the next day.. or if we had 24/7 live feed and you come home from work/school or whatever it is there.. or summer holidays for some of you.. if it is a rainy day or you just want BB.. it is there 24/7!! But unfortunately.. it won't come back 24/7.. I think the BB team are tight bastards and maybe can't be arsked to edit and go through the 24/7 live feed for 3 months.. poo

Patrick, i think there is a little bit of delusion here.

Lets get it right, Big Brother IS an entertainment show. I don't see the need for a LF because for me, the BB highlight show is enough. All i want is a good a show with great characters and hopefully a great series.

I don't want to know everything about the HMs. Who cares for that? I think only desperate people are to be honest. The LF is gone for a reason. And every time i watched the LF it was full of bird sounds, low sound and to be honest, nothing happening.

NOT many people are going to watch this. This is why there is a A LOT of delusion regarding the LF. It really is not that important.

The last CBB was brilliant because of the shows, i don't see the need for a LF.
