SHOW bosses have revealed they have a special crisis room for when hell breaks out in the house.

Producers work round the clock to keep on top of the action.

But when things go bad they hold crisis meetings in a special room inside the compound at Elstree.

The C4 show’s executive producer Sharon Powers revealed: “I found out that Big Brother had been axed when creative director Phil Edgar-Jones took me into our crisis room and told me the latest crisis was that Big Brother was not going to be happening any more.”

Meanwhile, host Davina McCall, 42, has repeated her call for a return of the 24-hour live feed. She said: “We didn’t have it last year and I missed it.”

Big Brother starts next Wednesday on C4 at 9pm.

the 'crisis room' was just one of the units in the gallery.
