I have heard John, Shabby, Caoihme and Dave refer to "Week 6" numerous times on tonight's live feed and also that a housemate is hiding a secret.

Is there something meant to happen in Week 6?

They are suspecting Mario is still the mole or the ToT.
JJ thinks the chest of draws is the ToT and will open at week 6 and reveal a secret.

Yea, I heard that it was Mario. Last week, he said that if he got evicted then he would reveal his secret.
Kinda shows that the tombola thing was fixed, lol. Well, not completely. But it helps to show that. I think so anyway.

I heard Shabby and some others talking about Mario saying something about him having a secret. Never heard anything about Week 6 though
