You know, thats a valid question...

I have known a couple of people that deal with rage issues and the like through self medicating weed.

I am not saying she is a junky, but she was obviously on something in that interview, and i think we can all agree she probably likes a smoke anmd that it calms her down in her RL a ton.

He was one of Dave's close friends too... the first of Dave's friends i've seen standing up and admitting that a few things Dave said in the house was a bit dodgy, tactless and better off not said.

The comments I believe were about the BBBM appearance.

Unfortunately the answer is years of experience mixing in "the wrong circles". It's hard to explain but there is a glassy, distant quality to the eyes. Different drugs have different observable effects, coke for example is an upper. The user may be smiley, talkative (which explains it's popularity with media types, unfortunately it's usually not very interesting to listen to) and overconfident (media nobody to Jamilia - "My, you're good looking" followed by a creepy fixed stare) and fidgety (which helps distinguish it from other forms of intoxication) but mostly it's in the eyes. There's no guarantee that she was Charlied up, she may have just had a couple of shandys beforehand. But if I noticed it and others noticed it, it's pretty likely.

I'm pleased to say, that I'm a family man these days and no longer imbibe.
