Default Why is there an exit door in the garden?
Why is there an exit door in the garden? That can easily be entered to leave the BB house. John James did it, and so did Laura with ease.

I know it used to be the entrance to the Mole Hole. But why isn't it padlocked???

Its a FIRE EXIT to the left of the Carousel as we genarilly see it on cam. Locking a Fire Exit doesn't sound the best plan in the world

The Mole Hole/Cougar's Den is in the other corner beyond the Nest.

A Fire Exit which leads to the camera-runs which lead you directly outside the compound and to safety in the event of a fire/emergency. John was stopped initially by either a cameraman or security, then by Dave/JJ, then spoken to by production staff who told him if he passes thru 1 more door, the party's over as he will be outside.

It is the same kind of dealio that Siavash/Marcus/Sophie did last year.

Interestingly enough, Lisa went further as she was led outside and shown sat in a portacabin for an hour before being talked into returning.

Not sure what kind of magical FIRE EXITS you're imagining as the house is essentially surrounded by camera-runs on all sides.
