I've always thought in the past that Louis would be needed for the group category.. but now we have Tulisa AND Gary do we actually need him?

I mean the guy puts through s**t acts and says no to 'alright' people who deserve a second chance. Lets not forget he is responsible for unleashing the cancer more commonly known as Jedward into our lives and Wagner.

True, although it was kind of luck. It is a singing contest & they wont be around in 5 years. Although saying that i do actually like Jedward.

But this is a singing talent competition and they couldn't... go on BGT or something if you have something to showcase that isn't good singing.

Oh I know that but he's good with the gimmicky acts, they would never have even got to boot camp if it weren't for Louis. They may not have very much longer but they're already set up for life and they're not even 20 yet

Don't delude yourself, it is primarily an entertainment show and Louis is good at that bit

He wasn't really needed for the past 3 series since Cheryl had experience of groups, and he's needed even less now.
Cheryl should have been given them for at least 1 series instead of just giving her the two easiest categories.
