That Ashford guy doesn't look 16 to me! Weird. That's totally messed up though, he was already eliminated from the competition. If Nu Vibe had been put out by Tulisa in that first week then I'd maybe consider it less of a joke, but it is still a bit ridiculous to be making changes like that, this late in the game. He's a good singer though. The show gets more and more pantomime every year...

Kelly should not have been replaced but I'm glad they've gone for someone already associated with X Factor but would've preferred Nicole

The Risk shouldn't have got a fourth member. The original 4 really gelled and worked but the new member might not fit in as well and it could drag the whole band down, especially with Nu Vibe associations

I think they peaked too soon (week 1) and I can see Little Mix going further than them
