What does the expression "on suicide watch" mean?
It seems to being interpreted as a self -referral. If a prison warder is on suicide watch it is not himself who is at risk.
So is Shievonne expecting someone else to kill themself: I wonder who?

I thought that if someone was on suicide watch it meant they were being monitored because they were at risk of trying to kill themselves?

You are correct but she just made a flipant comment that was blown out of proportion. I guess BB has some safety measures in place and even if a housemate mentions that word, they are obligated to investigate and make sure all is ok.
