Out of all the BBUK housemates, which ones do you think would do well if UK adopted the BBUSA format, where everything is tactical and alliances occur, as well as physical and mental challenges?

I could see Victor, Deana, Derek, Imogen, Luke, Stuart [BB2], Jonathan as strategists but ultimately shooting themselves in the face.

I think Victor is number one on most peopels lists. I don't think Nasty Nick would actually have been that good a game player - his social game was awful and he'd have been rubbish at the challenges, and I think the open aspect of the game wouldn't have worked as well for him as doing it all secretly as people would have compared notes earlier.

I do think most would adapt quite easily - some people say BBUK HMs are far too nice to "play the game" the US way but don't believe a word of it. Even if they weren't after the money or playing to win most would still want to remain on the show as long as possible so do everything they can do stay.

I think Carole would have a good chance of winning BB8 had it of been a strategic game. She was great at emotional manipulation and had the other contestants eating out of the palm of her hand, plus she would never be seen as a physical threat. The only person in BB8 who could have ran her close would be Ziggy.

I see Carole as more of a Maggie type, the behind the scenes leader able to manipulate the others into throwing themselves in the line of fire for her. In terms of BB8 the closest thing to Janelle would probably be Chanelle, capable of winning competitions but to emotionally clouded to make the right calls when it matters.

I agree with your choices. Lydia would have done so well last year had it been BBUS format. Manipulative and athletic.

I think Jonathan and Lesley from BB8 would be interesting too. Derek and Nikki would be perfect GOAT's.
