I don't shower myself with gifts but I seem to be be showering Bill just lately with more and more money I am quite thrifty but never manage to save too much before something big blows up / breaks etc and needs replacing pronto...it drives me mad.

Saver I suppose, always really concious of how much I'm spending on anything

I save for a bit then blow it all then repeat.

I always have some in a savings account though that I don't really touch unless it's an emergency.

I spend what money I have on books, movies, stuff like that. I'm not that good at saving, although I would like to, just in case my laptop breaks and no one is willing to give me another one.
