He won't leave says the People need to get used to Democracy and once elected he has to run his term of office. Demonstrating to get him out is counter productive as they voted him in and they will have to put up with him until next election.....otherwise what's the point of having elections in the first place ??

I kinda feel sorry for the Muslim Brotherhood if Morsi does go, as they have been waiting to get into power in Egypt since 1928 and have only now finally achieved that ambition.
I suspect Morsi will have to negotiate with other political leaders and compromise on certain areas of govt. But something will have to change as the Country is in a very bad way and total all out anarchy is not far away. The smart money is on the Army to take charge again within the next few days.....!!! |

Egypt doesn't want a leader they want a miracle worker. They obviously have no concept of the problems that their country faces, and they just want someone to fix everything for them. They don't actually want to have to work for themselves and fix their own problems. they expect a leader to magically fix everything for them.
This kind of stupidity is common in the muslim world.

I feel so sorry for these people they are so deluded and think if everything doesn't magically improve they only have to stand in a square and it will all be fixed.
They need to be told the truth about the state of their country and how it is used as a geopolitical punchbag by the powers that be. Real democracy will take years to achieve but to be truthful nobody really wants to give them that...!!! |

This is a wake up call to the demonstators that trying to invade or break into a Military Barracks armed with sticks and bottles was always going to end in tears.
Military trained personnel usually shoot first and ask questions after. Stupid protesters only got themselves to blame..... |

Tonight 60 confirmed Dead
the Square is fenced off. If any go on it they may be shot dead. When Morsi was removed the army was so nice letting the public do what they wanted to do. From Ch4News a Morsi spokesperson claimed those shooting from his side were Police with Clothes over their uniforms? Someone else needs to tell us that. Full Army Control means No Public Demos why do they Not get that? ![]() Last edited by arista; 16-08-2013 at 09:09 PM. |
