Why would he nominate Jim because he argues with Luisa but doesn't nominate Luisa for the same reason? It takes two to argue.

If it's a case that he doesn't like Jim then just say so in the nominations.

Maybe that's the way he sees it. It would indicate he thinks Jim is more in the wrong in their arguments - more sly, more manipulative etc.

ollie is just a twat, no personality no brain. he hates that his friends are nominated yet he is quite happy to keep nominating the same people.

I couldn't grasp Ollies reasoning as to the noms really. Even less his saying Sam should not be up, that is ridiculous and I do really like Ollie.

Ollie is really friendly with Luisa. They both seem to like baking and have fun with that, and they're both quite 'girly' - they probably try out each other's make-up, and do pamper sessions with face-packs etc.. I don't imagine that Ollie and Jim would have much common ground.
