SPENDING the night with LEONARDO DiCAPRIO hasn’t produced the fairytale ending LAURA WHITMORE hoped for.

The Irish beauty has been axed from I’m A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Of Here! NOW!, ending her five-year stint fronting the show.

Confirming her exit, Laura said: “After five incredible series . . . I’ve taken the tough decision to hang up my jungle boots.”

In a double blow, the virtual unknown comic DAVID MORGAN has also bitten the dust after co-presenting the jungle spin-off show for just one series — although it’s unlikely his presence will be missed.

An I’m A Celeb spokesman said yesterday: “We’re sad to see them go and wish them all the best.” Telly bosses have now started the search for replacements and we're told they will stick to the same formula with a strong female presence at the helm. And they’ll look for another funnyman to provide witty commentary following previous stints by Rob Beckett and Russell Kane.

I'm fairly indifferent on this tbh. I like Laura and David, but the latter was fairly disappointing last year and I'm not too fussed as to who's at the helm of NOW.
