The Lad was in a Big Flats building which had isis and rebals
Omran has now been cleaned up
and checked

This photo left me tearful,that poor little boy looks so lost,people can be so bloody cruel ,who would do that to one of their own,I do hope he has some family left to care for him.

the 5year old lad is safe
