Lily Allen has claimed she has 'only even been sexually assaulted by white males' during a heated debate with ex-English Defence League leader Tommy Robinson.

The singer - who caused controversy last year when she 'apologised on behalf' of Britain during a trip to the migrant camp in Calais - claimed on Twitter that the only attacks she had experienced were by white men.

The 31-year-old made the remark during an exchange with Robinson on migration and Asian grooming gangs.

The name Tommy Robinson might give the story a slight link to the EDL, given he used to lead it an' all - and you clearly agree with that comment, so I don't see why you're trying to disassociate yourself from it

A racist thug talking about not generalising an entire race of people is hilariously ironic.

As a white male, I can easily say that I'm apart of the most privileged demographic and the only time I've ever faced any kind of bigotry has been on the grounds of my sexuality, never because of my race or gender. While Lily's point is flawed by her generalisations, I can't help but agree with the core element of what she's saying.

A vocal part of any majority will always fight back against progress because it makes them insecure and under attack.

His shtick isn't new, the things he's arguing in his tweet to Lily are exactly the same as they are in the video I posted - meaning it's entirely relevant. You said he 'schooled' her, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to point out an occasion where he was tore a new arsehole.
