The snp have always accepted pay recommendations from the NHS, they haven't always done that in England. And Scottish nurses are the highest paid in the Uk

What attitude! Sorry but am I going mental or something? She goes on constant holidays, has loads of posts on insta of her drinking champagne and eating posh meals, her daughter goes to private school and I've just found out that she doesn't even work for the NHS, she's a nurse in a Bupa hospital! If she really has been to a food bank recently then she's a disgrace for taking away food from people that genuinely need it, as a result of Tory benefit cuts and sanctions. The fact that she's been on this type of show before gives off the impression that she's just a delusional gal who's desperate to get on the telly and have a pop at Nicola Sturgeon.
