Yeah I love Ann's many faces n humour and I hate India's attention seeking and gross habits (such as scratching her arse on national television - ew)

when her views actually make me prefer India over Ann

no i do not agree with you. Ann is a much more rounded individual than India and has much more to offer. She is not forcing anyone to agree with her opinions

Never said she wasn't entitled to her opinions, but everyone is allowed to react how they wish to her opinion.

For example, coming from the G of the LGBT community, her vote in Parliament could have affected me a lot, especially with gay adoption. I mean of course someone else from the LGBT or straight community may react differently and they're free to.

And being heavily involved in Politics myself it seems to make up quite a bit of a person their opinions.

Not really. Ann has strong opinions and they are her opinions. They may be seen as old fashioned but they are her opinions.
Unfortunately India preaches and tries to enforce her opinions upon you and if you don't see it her way she struts off and has a hissy fit.
The difference between the two is one accepts that her opinion may differ from her own..and the other one doesn't.

But the way I see it is that India's opinions won't mean that you cannot adopt children or marry. Of course Ann is allowed to have her opinions but what magnifies it for me is she had power over the Law.

This episode seemed a more positive one for India - she seemed a lot more reasonable and had lightened up a bit, and a more negative one for Ann. Generally though they're both good housemates although they're people who have things about them I strongly dislike.

Exactly always surprised that people only want people with opinions that agree with theirs, it takes all kinds Ann is 70 is very religious so is entitled to follow the teachings of her religion, she doesn't appear to be advocating battering those whose views she doesn't agree with, she just doesn't go with the flow, she has views and airs them, it's all about respecting others views folks

having an opinion is not wrong though, its forcing something upon others that is wrong. There seem to be a lot of members on this site that visibly lack tolerance of others opinions, which kind of defeats the object of being a member of a forum

Tonight specifically, im just assuming there was at least one young gay teen who watched tonights show who feels a lot worse about their sexuality than they did two hours ago. I'd also argue that some adults are disappointed in how stubborn other people can be. What type of people do you think felt positive after hearing Ann's words tonight?
