When you have French toast/eggy bread do you have it with syrup or with tomato sauce?

I would only really have it with the rest of a fry-up so I wouldn't want syrup getting in the way

That said I used to love having pancakes with maple syrup, bacon & scrambled eggs (just sort of separated, of course), so it wouldn't be that weird I guess...

I like Eggy-Bread but on its own. I love pancakes and Maple syrup though.
