She is harmless so far I don't get the hate at all

Ben is being false too but because he's a relatively fit guy it doesn't get picked up on as much

Yes, I agree. Roxy is harmless. I think she is just overwhelmed by everything
and comes across over-excited and hyper. After a few days she should calm down.
