The series that gave us Makosi, box task, bottle masterbation, gay stalking, the best eviction ever, a fake pregnancy, some iconic arguments, a black gay tory , a cross dressing Muslim and a white witch!

Who, Douglas?
|
It's my second favorite and so I voted no. I personally prefer BB7. I think BB6 is far more consistent and BB7 has two meh weeks, but as a whole I still prefer BB7.

So amazing when I think about it
Just wish I was old enough at the time to watch and experience the hype surrounding it etc First watch after it’s aired is never the same! Xx

It was a divisive series at the time for controversy surrounding most of the housemates but I doubt it was ever called boring by many

I was one who didn't get it when I watched it at that time it first aire didn't hate it but wasn't a great follow up to BB5 I felt , cause everyone in the house were just horrible. But with repeated viewings it's aged like a fine wine. It was given negative reviews by a lot of people at the time, but it's the BB that has grown in stature over time I feel with the fanbase. I actually prefer it over BB5 now.

Definitley.
BB5 was quite weak in its first week especially, it revolves arjnd Kitten constantly breaking the rules and it was boring. It’s peak was definitley fight night and the series remained strong until Victor’s eviction, where after that, there was a drop in quality... BB7 was very inconsistent, and most of the series were only held together by a few people (Aisleyne and Nikki) for example. Most of the house particularly the males were just filler housemates in my opinion. BB6 was addictive viewing throughout and each day was strong, heck even Day 77 was entertaining. A reality TV masterpiece. ![]() |

For me It's the one that's aged a lot better, and holds up to repeated viewings. BB 5 and 7 are great on their first watches but both have lulls in them on repeated viewings especially when the better housemates are evicted.
What I personally love about BB6 is that there isn't anybody to root for, the closet you had was Eugene and he only came in halfway near the end. Everyone were bullies, egocentric, diva's. It was nasty at times, but no one held back or played it safe which I liked. It's not everyone's cup of tea but that's why I love it. People bring up the Sam thing, and how she was treated horribly in there. For me, she didn't help herself by been just a bitch to the other housemates at the start and just throwing herself over Anthony and Maxwell, you can say she was immature. Then once Saskia pretty much took the guys away from Sam, she was pretty much easy picking for the other housemates then. Also she wasn't mentally mature for that house and probably would have done better in BB8. I did love the downfall of Saskia and Maxwell, a great example of how not to play the game. They got cocky cause they were cheered one week by the crowd, they started to throw their weight around like they were untouchable. And then both were picked off. The look of shock on their faces were a sight to behold. Anthony and Craig thing was funny. Derek I loved, not everyone's cup of tea but I loved his bitchy behaviour. Sure their were weaknesses, boring Orlaith winning over Kemal and Science I think (what were voters thinking) and then walking out the next day so she can get her glamour shots out for the Sunday papers. Vanessa, having one of the best audition tapes in BB history, only to end up as one of the worse HM's ever imo. Her eviction was interesting though. For me I give BB6 a 8.5/10. No BB has got a 10/10 for me, every one has a lull in them even the great ones. But BB6 for me is still the crown jewel of C4 run of BB. |
