Default Loophole: Scottish Flight only had 4 of the 60 passengers

From LBC Live

If you Fly into Scotland
from any nation you must go into a hotel for 10 days solid.

This Flight only had 4 passengers going to Scotland

The rest can rebook and Fly to Manchester
take a train of car to Scotland
and no one can stop them.

Looks like the Scottish Strict rule
has a massive loophole.

I don't understand how it is a loophole, or have they a blanket ban on all countries?

From the BBC report now shown every hour
The Government in Scotland
would like England to have a blanket ban
or put them in Hotels in England?

I get the feeling this new flying to England
saves them the Cost of the Scottish Hotel.

I thought England was the first place in the UK to have this mandatory 10 days hotel thingy though?

When they said it was just England, I immediately thought of using the other nations as a loophole, for people from England, not the other way around!

Ahaha so basically, England has only put on countries where most wouldn't holiday to anyway, as too expensive or VISAs and such required?
