My neighbours fence got taken out last night and winds are supposed to be 30mph stronger tonight

we lost a big branch off our apple tree last night and I didnt hear a thing, I sleep soundly in my bed

I can definitely understand how you feel, having been around for the storm in 1987

Very much the calm before the storm in Manchester. Little bit of light rain (when doesn't it rain in Mcr though) but trees are still. Praying for easy journey to work and for my roof if the storm does hit bad.....

It going to be more in the day this time wind don't pick up till 10am in sone places around midday should be very bad

it's a bit gusty here now. The usual problem here is that trees come down and the power goes off. Plenty time yet for it all to happen
