Default Congo UN peacekeepers, 12 countries 'fathered and abandoned thousands of children'

Reported on Gravitas WION HD

One girl just aged 10.

[UN peacekeepers from 12 countries
'have fathered and abandoned thousands
of children' over past 20 years in
Democratic Republic of Congo, study claims
Claims that UN peacekeepers fathered
then abandoned children in Congo
They 'abused children,
raped young women and traded
food for 'survival sex''
Interviews with dozens of mothers
and children found many live in poverty
Peacekeepers father children then
leave the country and mothers to struggle]

So even so-called helpers treat the women over there like they're just a resource?

lots of trouble in africa, for many many years now

wars in Sudan also do not seem to come to an end

corruption within Chad also a major problem (got their FA banned from participating in african world cup qualifiers and qualifiers for africa cup of nations or playing any friendlies at all) something i happen to know

so i can't say i'm surprised to read this either

but thankfully some african countries are slowly improving to becoming better nations, such as Nigeria, Cameroon
