To keep help my skin, body, and everything else healthy i decided to start drinking more herbal teas.

Currently on
3 Cups of Green Tea a day
1 Chamomile Tea after me dinner
2 Cups of Superblends Spiced Apple & Vanilla with Chamomile and Passionflowers...

Heavenly stuff. My skin looks so much better, radiant. I feel better. And the Green Tea is great for weight management.

I just like to look after myself best i can haha. And i like to look extra lean over the summer months, good skin etc, so i can have my shirt off with confidence at the beach

I wish I had the time for all those. I might try flavoured vapes through the day and 3 cuppas at night. See if I can get the same effect. Surely they can do gin and tonic flavour? If they really tried.

Oh fcuk it. Yeah i'm posing, but i do work hard to gain muscles lol. Just need a bit more sun on my skin and i'll be happy

ps Kitchen is a mess, it's where i do all weights, and cardio kickboxing stuff, and cooking tons haha

On and off, years tbh. My job requires lifting, sawing, general dogsbody work at times etc, so that helps. Pushing hard over the 2/3 months though.

Hey ..

I also intermittent fast ! (19/5)

I’ve done it for around 8 years

My migraines ceased almost immediately and and overall health improved dramatically - no visits to my doctor - no antibiotics needed

Just wish I started this as a teenager

Oh I just have one black coffee as I wake up and water throughout the fast other than that

How often do you eat then? I'm thinking of trying it, but after 12 hours of no food i feel all woosy and shaky, light headed etc.
