The horror.
![]() https://www.msn.com/en-ae/news/other...d=BingNewsSerp What do you guys think to this? I'm having to defend a Tory so you know what I think of the two clowns from that statement. I honestly hope to god that Politicians never have to watch a dreary looking TV Show to understand the ever growing issues around Misogyny like Naga and the dull looking guy were talking about (Naga also mentioned Toxic Masculinity, but for everyone's sake we'll only vaguely mention that nonsense,) because if Politicians do need to watch TV Shows to understand how to run a country then they're not fit to lead in the first place imo.

Funny thing about that programme.
It's about terrorism and they had the perfect chance t9 tic their quota of using poc actors, but used white actors instead. |

I mean it's a bit ridiculous to call her out for not watching a television show.
The show itself I thought was great and highlighted an issue facing teenagers but you don't need to watch a show to know this and if they do, they shouldn't be in office. |

It's an important message, I enjoyed the show as a piece of drama but... This is a touch ridiculous... Politicians should be learning about these issues by reading the research and speaking to professionals (sociologists, psychologists, criminologists, health professionals etc) not watching a TV show.
A TV show is good for increasing awareness in a very basic way with the wider public. It's not a documentary or a source of real education ![]() |

It's a shame it's taking fiction to open people's eyes, instead of reality.

Maybe she is like me.
I haven't watched it because I like entertainment and this stuff isn't entertainment and it's most certainly not true to life, despite what the media keep telling us. I'll let you draw your own conclusions from what I am saying. |
