Ofcom's opinion is that the bottom two were decided by the public who knew who they were voting for and what they were paying for and once a pair of contestants are identified, then it is at ITV's discretion to pick the deciding final voting process.

And this is of course correct - if you don't vote you can't complain if a favourite of yours lands in the Bottom Two. Once there the decision is out of your hands - it's always been that way. Nothing has changed. If you don't want your favourite to be at risk of a 'fix' then vote for them. Simple, really.

Also, this notion of if one person doesnt vote it means they have no right to be pissed off at the outcome is ridiculous. As if one vote would actually make a difference

Ofcom don't sidestep, as a BB fan you know what they're like. If there was anything untoward going on then Ofcom would have had them over the barrel. Despite the manipulations that go on with EVERY reality TV show around there was nothing wrong with what happened. If a governing body that will have gone over everything with a fine tooth comb and will know more about the issue then any of us say nothing was wrong then there was nothing wrong. I'm no fan of Ofcom but they rarely get it wrong.

Some people just like to complain though, they'd deny the facts if it did a naked hula dance right in front of them. Let 'em vent if that's what makes them happy.

Well Ive never voted but I certainly can complain if my faves land in the bottom two. Nobody has to pay for an opinion.
