Does anyone truly believe that Aaron cared about Jay and Louise looking bad to the public? The only reason he made a big issue it to Jay was one or both of the following:

1. He is afraid that he will come out of it looking tight - fisted so instead of taking responsibility for his own actions he deflects his guilt onto Jay and Louise.
2. He doesn’t trust the public to make up their own mind so he has to make sure he educates all the thickos out there.

HIs only legitimate gripe (though personally I don’t think he even had that) was that Jay and Louise didn’t tell him they were going ahead with it, so perhaps making him look mean. But he doesn’t even focus on that. Instead, he makes the mistake of saying they did it for votes. Then he has to come to the DR as well to push his point and explain further (a dead giveaway that he knows HE looks bad).
As throughout the whole series, it is always someone else’s fault - never his. Everyone else’s motives are always suspect but he is the epitome of integrity and high principles. He has never once admitted he was wrong, as far as I can recollect. He is always the hard done by victim who goes off to brood about how the lesser people of the world hurt his superior and sensitive soul.
No doubt he thinks this makes him look interesting and deep.
Aaron my dear, you can fool some of the people some of the time (as you have), but you can’t fool all of the people all of the time.
Underneath, he is a selfish, self centered egotist whose only care and aim is to get his hands on that prize money.

Christ, whenever i come on here you seem to be spouting off about Aaron. You know the more threads you start that put down Aaron, the more his fans will pick up the phone and vote for him, right?

Regarding his behaviour yesterday, i thought he was spot on. Damn right he made a big issue of it to Jay and Louise and he needed to. Bottom line is, Louise did it to look good on the camera (possibly Jay too), otherwise they'd have told Aaron about it. Aaron being the wiley old fox that he is spotted this, and played it beautifully. As you say, he needed to educate the thickos into realising this (let's face it, a lot of dummies watch this show) and he did it masterfully with Jay coming out of it looking like a complete bully saying he would beat him up if he were on the outside! How he managed that i'll never know, but fair play to the guy.

I've got to hand it to Aaron. People seem to worship the ground he walks on, or hate him so much they want him badly assaulted. I have never known such a talked about housemate on any big brother. Love him or hate him, no one can deny that he has to be up there with the best of the best to ever appear on the show.

That's all great, but you just seem to be so interested in slagging Aaron off at any given opportunity, no matter how reasonable it is. At this late stage though, it's unlikely that anyone will change their mind on a housemate.

I agree with you though, it is interesting how opinions seem to be so divided on certain aspects of the show this year.

I agree with what the OP is saying, he's been obsessed with that money since he saw it on the wall. Eventhough Jay and Louise probably only brought those things because it made them feel good but the way that Aaron just threw the book over his head and acted like an arrogant twit was just stupid, but of course his fans just lap it up as usual

There's definately two sides to Aaron, when he's just a normal person and joins in with the group then I like him but then a day later he'll be arrogant and rude and that puts me straight back off him again

I think Aaron knew they had bought the presents when they came back out the diary room because he said "stupid people"

Now this was either the typical nasty side of aaron coming out again or he knew they had bought the presents..If it was the latter then the sulky princess had every opportunity to buy her a gift himself, instead he never.

All he did was stomp about ruining everyones birthday making them feel bad for having fun while he attempted to discredit Jay and Louise to the general public by saying they were doing it for the cameras when it was clear to see it was a spur of the moment thing done by 2 kind hearted people.

That's because many people see no wrong EVER in anything he does. I'm just redressing the balance. They give their view, I give mine. If I agree with them I say nothing as there is already a multitude of positive Aaron posts. If I disagree, I say so - and I disagree a lot, as you know!
