My guess:
Housemate with fewest votes evicted, three newbies enter a secret room and have to decide which of the other nominees moves in with them. That housemate is fake evicted, and they all spend the next few days watching over the main house
Face to face noms happen, but in actuality it's those four who decide who face the public vote. They move back in and cue the manufactured drama
