I wouldn't know, I ain't watched Fox news since they took it of sky in the UK, and even then I only watched Tucker Carlson and sometimes Hannity.

No its not possible, if his conscience was clear he would have taken his chances in court and accepted whatever justice deemed appropriate.
Being able to buy your way out of cases does not make you automatically innocent.
So no...he won't sue.
