No its not possible, if his conscience was clear he would have taken his chances in court and accepted whatever justice deemed appropriate.
Being able to buy your way out of cases does not make you automatically innocent.

Let's entertain the possibility all he did was offer actresses big roles in exchange for sex, and smeared their names if they turned him down ... even that could be classed sexual harassment.
