I like being 'altered'. Am a better, more confident person when am wrecked in some way. I have more patience. Am more sociable. Have more guts. And bloody well enjoy it as it feels good

That. Weed’s a lot better for me (I’d rather be high than pissed) but alcohol definitely has its place. Especially socially.

Well yes. I use alcohol as a euphemism for various other substances at times Alcohol would not be my go to, but it is ok sometimes. Or with other stuff.
