  The presenter went to the French bakery in north London to purchase her beloved artisan loaf she could have got at Aldi for £1.50 But the 44-year-old was left shocked when she was charged a whopping £8.82. She said that although it smelt 'lovely', she could not justify the price tag, but the man working in the bakery had already started cutting it up before she realised the cost. To add insult to injury, Kate was asked whether she wanted to leave the bakery a tip.
