Default FreeviewHD has arrived in shops.

http://www.humaxdirect.co.uk/prodCat...tb2&type=frvhd

http://www.freeview.co.uk/

So far only TV's have FreesatHD in them.

FreeviewHD LCD's will come soon
then it is all in one box.

Any one with a Standard Freeview box
if they have a TV with the Important HDMI connection
they will have to buy this Humax box.

Like the FreesatHD Humax box
the FreeviewHD box never needs to be re tuned
it auto updates each time a New Channel arrives.

HD is 6 times better.

If you have a Sat Dish on your home
Freesat is easy to fit.

SkyHD is the best with over 30HD channels
And soon SkyNews will be the First UK News channel in HD
and it will be on the same position.
Kay Burley better keep jer make up handy.

virgin just has 7 HD channels.

You should contact Sky by phone
as there are so many other deals they could lose
you.

Of Course the Broadband is Free for Sky users
but that is basic only.

Freeview HD
means many more can watch some HD channels.
Ch5HD is soon.

I had my Sky HD installed on 19th Jan. Broadband won't be switched on until 24th Feb even though I have a new box. I had so many problems when moving I had to cancel my old account and set up a new one as their operators are as thick as pig ****. I have called them about 15 times so far and earned myself 3 months free line rental on Sky Talk but it most probably cost me that much in phone calls. I only have one line feed also so I cannot use the Sky+ facility to its full advantage. The HD box keeps losing the signal and I cannot download the remote record app to my phone so it is not very good at present and I am well pissed with it. End of rant.

If you phone Sky
ask to talk to a Manager above them.

If your box is faulty
they replace it.

Stay cool on the Phone
and say I need to talk to the manager.

And I hope Sky Manchester Division
when they come help you better.

It's not so easy to stay calm when talking to morons though who leave you on hold, put you through to the wrong department, or just do not know what they are doing and read from a script. I have done the "I want to talk to the manager" before. It took me ages in London too to get my broadband sorted out. After months they eventually sent an engineer not only to discover I had a faulty box and a dodgy connection. It was great after that but it took a lot of complaining to get it sorted. I HATE SKY!

Never you want,

It is 'could' I speak with your manager.

virgin is even worse.

If you told them you are going to leave them
they would reduce your Bill Amount.

Anyway Freevied HD is a Good for the many that want HD
abnd since one pound goes towards the BBCHD channel
they have every right to get it free.

Many are paying for HD and do not have it
that is so typical and very wrong of the Bloated BBC.

I am sure you are so calm and courteous Arista. Being so does not always get you results. I once enquired about reducing my package and got a £60 reduction. Oo err.
