2 Questions.


One Launch night when the housemates are walking in, can they hear Davina?

I know she speaks to us during their entrances by standing on a tower thing, I say tower but really its just abit high up.

But can they hear her?

Sometimes she says stuff about housemates already in the house, like when Ahmed was walking into BB5 She said 'He hates overly gay people, wait until he sees Marco'

I mean why would she say that if they can hear?


Next Question,


You know on Fridays when Davina announces the evictee and they walk up to the door and say bye.
I know they can hear the scary voice that says.. '15 Seconds.. 10, 9, 8, 7.. You have been evicted, Please leave the Big Brother house'

But can they hear the little dramatic drums that play in the background.
Im sure you all know what im talking about.

The drum beats that really add to the atmosphere.

Can they hear that aswell?
I was watching BB5 earlier and Becki was evicted and I was thinking 'I wonder if they can hear the dramatic music like we can'

ive been to an eviction and no, the drums have been added over the top onto the speaker outside the house

They can't hear Davina - She's just speaking into a microphone that is sent to the viewers.

Thats a shame that they cant hear the drums, it would of added to the atmosphere but oh well at least we can hear it.

I always thought they could hear the drums, until I watched the episode the night after and all they can hear is the 10 9 8 etc etc, its really quiet actually.

1. Davina stands near teh crowd when she is reading this stuff out I think... doesnt she stand where some of the journalists do, eg. when on BBLB Nikki was looking at people go in and she would make her comments like "Ohh he's fit" that onme time, doesnt she stand somewhere there because you cant see her when she's reading out?

2. Nope. My sister said when she went there, they put it on the outside for atmosphere on TV and in the crowd.

I remember for Big Brother 9, Davina stood behind the massive screen, they showed it on BBLB.

I was at the CCB Finale this year and everything Davina says to the house and to the viewers at home can actually be heard out loud by the crowd, so if it's the same for launch shows then the housemates outside can hear what she says. I doubt they're really listening to her though

urm i went to Siquo's and whats his name... urm Stephen. It was a double eviction

i uploaded 2 pictures.... it was an amazing experience, and i spoke to davina (i was so loud tbh, she didnt have a choice)

i disagree, becasue it is spoken onto speakers OUTSIDE the house, so the housemates inside cannot hear it, unless in the garden

I would love to go to an eviction it would be amazing but im not 18

This is why I hope BB is still around when im over 18, so I can go to auditions and evictions and stuff.

and plus there always in the living room from about 7pm till about 10:30 (wow i couldnt go without a fag for that long :|) and inside the house they hear a tape of crowds screaming to cover up davina and the outside world)

Hi, i wouldnt worry about not being 18, i dont want to say my age on here. but im far from it! they really dont worry about ages and we had a massive poster saying: "I ATE ALL THE PIES" They loved that, and it was shown on tv alot! So i kept shouting out to Davina about the sign and she stopped and said: ohh how lovely! oh im sure you did eat all the pies, and then said: i think its great you've made a poster!

They can't hear her when they are entering the house. Use your head. A final is different from the launch. Why would they let the housemates hear Davina ripping them inside out on their way in? Multiple videos and fan accounts of launch nights would confirm this.

No to both, as everyone has said

on the second one, if you watch the highlights show after the eviction sometimes you can hear it from inside the house and you cant hear the drums bit, only the countdown
