They've got no chance of having the house back to normal over night, its going to take days to get it back safe living in. I think it is the end tbh

They'll no doubt fix it, it can't be that bad if they're just in the task room. If it was as dramatic as people think then they'd move them into a hotel.

They have plenty of resources.

I thought it was all over tonight but Davina said it's all going to be alright so if our Big Mother thinks it's alright then it's fine LOL

Well davina seemed positive in her tweets, maybe the house is fitted with waterproofing on the floors. Swap out the furniture and carpet, fix the roof, should eb doable without a big enough team, think of ramsays kitchen nightmares.

Like i said in another thread, it wouldn't be hard for them to get a pump to pump the water out, hire a few larger industrial heaters to dry the place out and at the same time have someone fix the roof. The pump and drying could be done by 8 in the morning then a few hours to fix the roof.

If the house is flimsy enough to get knocked over by a storm, the house must be flimsy enough to pump and rebuild super-fast. It would be cool to end this way, though: unpredicted, unprecedented, and totally anticlimactic

Is Davina an electrician? That place is FUBARd. There's so much electronic equipment in there, they surely can't run it all while that is drying. It's going to take days just to dry, while it's drying it will be humid in there as they use giant gas heaters, that will screw with the cameras, they also have several leaks to fix.
Even if it stopped raining right now and they started work on it, it would still be ages before it was usable and habitable.

Give the housemates camping equipment(quick trip to Tescos and more points on PEJ's Tesco Clubcard) to live in the garden.

If the sitting room is as bad as it looks on video, then no, not a bloody chance of that happening.
